How to factory reset your Android device
Go to app drawer > setting icon
Tap on the icon
Click the ‘General tab’
Tap ‘Backup & Reset
Click the factory reset option
The handset will give you the info. of what will be deleted from your smartphone. Re-read all the data before starting the process. Tap the Reset Device button. The handset takes a short time to factory reset your Android handset. The handset reboots after the wipe.
Wipe the External MicroSD Card
In case you want to return to the general tab in settings and locate storage.
This helps you see what is in your handset and what is consuming all the space. Scroll down to look for the Format SD Card option. Click the option and everything will be wiped.
